Introduction

The Development & Missions Network was formed on 15 August 2006 and officially launched on 25 May 2007. We are a forum composed of individuals who direct or coordinate development or missions projects primarily amongst black Christians in Birmingham & Black Country, where we share ideas, resources and build bridges to other similar groups and the wider community. The projects we are involved in range from working with the homeless in inner-city Birmingham, to raising funds for programmes that help disaffected young people in Kingston, Jamaica.

Through this website we endeavour to keep you informed of our major activities and trust you will be inspired to get involved. In addition, we will try to keep you informed of other events in the region that may be of interest to you.

To find out more about getting involved, please get in touch, using the contact details below.

Enjoy the site!!!

Best wishes,

David King
